SSD RAID 0 Performance has gone to poop

I was told this was going to happen eventually.

2x 120g Corsair Force 3's
Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3

What is the best recourse? Backup and reinstall? Buy a new larger SSD, re-image the system onto it and sell the old ones?

    In no particular order:

    Buy a Z77 motherboard, which supports TRIM on RAID.

    Nuke and reinstall.

    backup and reinstall will "fix" it, but will just happen again eventually.

    To be lazy and cost effective, I'm going to move my games to a storage drive, back up the system, and reinstall having an OS/Apps SSD and a Games SSD.
