I know Icrontic enjoys Desert Bus for Hope streams and that it doubles as a super awesome charity event. I would like to introduce you all to Awesome Games Done Quick. The title is self explanatory it is a bunch of speed runners playing through a bunch of awesome games as quickly as possible. All donations go towards cancer research and the event lasts three days proper and generally will unofficially go for an extra two days.

Yeah the AGDQ doesn't moderate unlike the Desert Bus for Hope, which can be a pain if you're an active chat participant.

AGDQ is a fun stream though, it got featured on Teamliquid.net so that'll help it's viewership too.

Today is the start of Summer Games Done Quick (SGDQ) which is the smaller Summer version of AGDQ. The charity for this marathon is Doctors Without Borders. They are currently two games in so lots of time to watch and donate.

As an update Twitch is volunteering $50 for every 1,000 viewers at peak viewing up to $5,000. So in essence if the stream breaks 100,000 viewers, which AGDQ did, $5,000 will be donated to Doctor's Without Borders. Just by watching you can help a great cause.
