Minecart track missing

I got hit by a creeper whilst walking down the minecart track West of the main IC town. I was only able to replace 2 normal pieces of track, and I don't have a way of fixing the track.

Z -124

I presume normally people fix it, but can someone lend a hand and help me out please? I suppose everyone else is travelling the tracks in a minecart, but I don't yet have any iron. Sorry guys!

    Cheers BobbyDigi, I have been making my way out to UPS on foot, I think he's out west. Where will I be able to pick the mine cart up from? Thanks.
