Low Latency Ram?

I'm building an Athlon 64 system and i got this ram:

I'm starting to think i should have gotten this ram:

Does the low latency make that big of a difference or am i ok with the stuff i got?

    You still bought some good stuff. Good chips like winbond will allow you to get the same settings as the LL chips. I dont know if you have windbod chips or not but you can most likely lower the latency to get the same timings as the LL.
