    I'm still not convinced Tim isn't an elaborate satirical character brought out to create controversy and thus traffic when visits to the site are flagging.

    Le sigh... seeing all the posts in the run-up to EPIC makes me wish I could come. Sadly, I'll be leaving for NC the following week and it wouldn't be very nice of me to take half a week off for EPIC, come back for half a week then be gone for one and a half more weeks.

    I have some bad news. Unfortunately, my LPO won't approve a change of graduation leave chit unless it's for a significant life event. As much as I feel attending EXPO is such an event, my superior does not. I must regretfully inform you that I won't be in attendance to EXPO this year.

    thanks, but i already paid for my ticket... the prob is transport from montreal to detroit or Windsor (ontario), plus missing a few days of work... i can't really afford this right now due to a lot of family issues and having spent most of last year unemployed...
