i got WIndow 7 well every 1 dose... my question is

can i use the same KEY?? on a NEW computer......? and not use the old computer any more or Reformat it

    If OEM license: no.

    If retail license: yes.

    i got the CD version so the Retail so i can just Reformat my old computer and reuse the CD key O.o?

    OEM and retail both come on a physical disc. The license should say what it is.
