That's quite unfortunate. It was a stupid bug that should have been reported as soon as it was seen, but people are moronic and greedy. Luckily I wasn't playing then, but I've been enjoying it enough that I don't think I'd mind replaying content.
My only two real issues so far are the character creation screwing up the view during customization and now allowing me to really see what I was doing (this happened on my second character...when it went into the appearance customization bit it kicked the model halfway off the left side of the screen), and the very limited selection of classes. Both are fairly minor, and the latter I assume will be improved with time. The combat system is fantastic, and is really what keeps me coming back. It's so dynamic that I don't feel like I'm playing a momorperger at all. I can see myself running through the same stuff with a few characters just because the combat doesn't really feel tedious at all.
