Where are my points going?

I've got a couple of dual quad core xeon's that I'm running 7.1.52 client and when I load the clients, they're showing they should be producing between 25-30k points per day per server, yet neither of them seem to be registering the points.

    More logs from finishing a WU and uploading, the full process. Make sure you are running the client with -verbosity 9. How many WUs are you missing? How long have you been missing points?

    You should confirm under the Configure > Identity tab that you have your correct username, team number and passkey.

    Verbosity 9 doesn't exist in the GUI client that he is referencing, unless I'm misunderstanding. What is close but not quite the same is making sure your "level" is advanced or expert, then going to Configure > Advanced and changing verbosity to 5

    Just post a HUGE piece of log into a pastebin.

    It looks like may 22nd was the last day either of these boxes uploaded their scores. Both my name and team name are correct.

    Verbosity was on 3, I bumped it up to 5 which is as high as it goes. I don't have a passkey set for my account.

    Um, you could try setting a passkey. The reason for a passkey is so folding has two-factor ID.

    But, the server did ack your WU:

    Without passkey on an smp he should just be getting the base credit not the time bonus. Unless they changed something or I have forgotten something. FAQ

    Well, you ask for one passkey, then configure each system you use for folding to use the same passkey. The way folks have been talking, base credit would be issued last I heard if work was turned in without a passkey, but there have been some hints that passkeys are highly recommended leading me to think they are working up to requiring them sooner or later.

    I think the pivotal part is: "we will not have any way of distinguishing work units you completed from the work units others with the same name have completed". That being said, I don't see any of the other Dang's on folding search as having turned in units. For whatever reason, it may be turning them in without properly crediting.

    You should set a passkey and put it into any client's you are running, and see if that remedies the problem (and restart the client completely JUST in case). As always, try rebooting PC as well :D. Worst case, you finish out the current units and completely remove and reinstall to see if that remedies, since that now only takes <5 mins to setup.

    I upgraded one of them to the new client, 7.3.6. I'll see if it changes at all, it just sucks to be out the 400k points...
    If there's nothing on there by monday, I'll add the passkey, I just don't want to run around and try and find all the machines I have it loaded on.

    You don't "have" to add it to anything more than the problem machine anyays, but if you're running the SMP client at all, you should be using a passkey.
