Need 1 stick Laptop DDR

Looking to find 1 stick of DDR ram for a old laptop im working on for charity. I only have a 246mb chip and would like atleast 512 to throw ubuntu on for a kid in a poor household to just mess with PM me if anyon has a stick in there drawer

    You need DDR not DDR2 or DDR3, correct?
    PC2700 or PC3200?

    Here's what I have: a single stick of ASint 512mb. Since it's going to a good cause, if you could use it then it's yours and I'll cover shipping. If so let me know where to send it via private message.
