    Well, looks like when the money becomes available I'll have to grab me a few new PC parts and switch over from my Nvidia to these. I haven't used Radeon in I can't tell you how many years.

    If my intuitions are correct then the R9 290X will beat Titan at F@h. It's already doing a number on the 780 for sure.

    SAPPHIRE 100361SR Radeon R9 290X 4GB GDDR5 Video Card pre-release.

    Radeon R9 290X Priced at $729.99 on Newegg.com ...I don't see this price though, and if it's true hopefully it will go down upon release.

    I know one thing though, out of my price range for sure.

    I've been sitting with my credit card in hand searching for one of these card. Now that they're looking to be $700+ I'm a bit torn. I talked myself up to $600 as "good enough to replace two 4 year old 5870s. I'd consider a cheap 7870 or 7950 CF if I didn't run EVERYTHING in full-screened windowed mode. Decisions Decisions...

    I'm going from a single 570 and can't go into a crossfire solution due to running multiple windowed clients of EVE, other games will be fullscreen, so I need most powerful single card solution. This looks like it :D
