    Is it near an airport? I know a few of the gas stations near the airport down here in Orlando got in trouble for that. They were banking on people returning rental cars having no other nearby choices.

    In the US, it's almost always (is always?) per gallon. Average statewide in TX was 3.09 (source), so like I said, it must have been in error.

    So... you live in Houston too?

    That Raceway isn't open yet, they're just testing the sign electronics. I've driven past that about 20 times since I've been home.
