Anyone else here actually have Steel Battalion?? Just wondering because the online version is coming out in March, and it'd be nice to have someone from here who I could coordinate with off the bat.

If you don't and you wanted it the first time, they are doing another limited run of the game and controller, but you should get to it quick, it sells pretty fast once word gets out.

//edit- There are also a few on ebay for those that are interested. Fairly good pricing it seems.

The primary draw of the original to me was the super-nerd appeal of the controller. The game left me with a feeling of "meh", for lack of a better description.

If Line of Contact had a single player campaign, I'd consider it in hopes that it improved on the original, but I'm not paying for online services that I'll rarely use, at best. After all, I have the ability to play hundreds of pc games online for free, and I don't often do that either.
