Over 33 people want into this thing.
I have enough beer and glassware to seat 25, which means I can't seat everyone who wanted in.
Price per person will be $20.
I would send a message to get on the waitlist for people who many elect to pass.
Okay folks, I have some awesome news. Thanks to the flexibility of some of the local Icrontic gang, we're gonna get everyone in.
Here's the lowdown:
I'm going to throw a smaller version of this tasting in a month or two for the Metro Detroit folks. Their bierlust diverted, enough seats have opened up that I can seat everyone who has expressed interest up to this point and not a person more.
Okay, sorry about the lack of communication, we've been on the road for the last week and haven't had much in the way of internet. I have three in my party, myself Farge and Baklavaster. Hopefully there is space for us?

@RyanMM what was the cheese at the tasting?
I know one of them was goat and another was fontiago, a combination of Fontina and Asiago.
Think it was the fontiago at the beer tasting.
Hmm, you're right I am probably mixing the wine and beer testing.
The wine tasting had two cheeses - Fontiago and Goat cheese.
The beer tasting had a Double Gloucester cheese called Cotswold.
