WTB: ITX MLB

I accuired an ITX case at goodwill computer works in Houston Tx. I gutted the unit it had a MLB with AMD Sempron 3400+ and it's a great case and I have plans for it. My preference is an Intel i5-i7.
If possible I need a graphics card & PSU

    I believe I have a mini ITX motherboard sitting around. I'll have a look when I get home. If so, it'll take a Sandy Bridge CPU. I don't have a PSU or GPU available.

    I have accuired the following:
    M-ATX case 12.00
    MSI FM A75MA P33 for 15.00
    GALAXY 560TI 20.00

    I was told that I couldn't build a gaming pc below 150.00. Just want to prove them wrong.
