R9 280x Liquid Cooling?

I've strayed away from liquid cooling my whole PC building career but it's now come to the point of my GPU crashing due to excessive heat. All these fans just aren't cutting it anymore..

Any suggestions on a good liquid cooling set up for an R9 280x?

    Make sure you know what model your GPU is and verify that a block exists for it. EK's Cooling Configurator is a great resource for this.
