Blizzard is aware of the exploit and a fix is coming (I assume).

Couple things to keep in mind:
A GM will never whisper you first, it will only be in response to a ticket.
A real GM interaction will bring up a prompt that opens a new window, not through a regular whisper.
A GM will never ask you for your password, authenticator, or account information.

If someone whispers you with the blizzard icon or pretending to be a Blizzard employee report them for cheating and explain the situation in the window that pops up. Blizzard takes this very seriously.

Be safe everybody! Keep your account away from the hackers, even if some of them are really hot.
