Oh, right, they were actually just on hiatus because we were stuck in a weird in-between phase with smilies and it was driving me insane trying to convert them all, so I settled on only using the most common ~40 for a while. I'm having a thought about letting these little guys override the old vBulletin 2.0 standard ones we've used for years, but merging in our custom & unique ones again.

This is probably too complicated, but from an archival point of view, I think it would be awesome if the old posts used old emoticons (kind of like a retired achievement), but new smiley codes parsed to the new graphics.

yeah i'm always on my phone since i'm always out or when i'm home i'm too busy to chill on the pc (present post excluded)
since on the subject, on mobile we don't see the categories in which the threads are post in. that would be useful...
