Taking a trip to Nashville, what restaurants do I have to try.
I am a huge fan of spicy food, and BBQ, but I can usually enjoy pretty much anything. So for any Icrontians near Nashville, where are some places that you feel I should be required to try out over the course of a 3 day vacation?
Worth noting, 15-20 bucks an entree is about the very top end I am willing to pay. Regional foods gain preference. With Cincinnati having their (awesome) chili, I feel like I would be interested in trying every place's-style food.

Peg Leg Porker. Dunno what the prices are like any more; it's been 10+ years since I've been. That said, it continues to receive stellar reviews.
My favorite Nashville restaurant: Loveless Cafe
The grilled cheeserie is superb!

Martin's BBQ, hands down. Go have a Redneck Taco.
Oh, oh, oh... Also Prince's Hot Chicken. YES.
If you like spicy, that's the stuff right there ^
Looking forward to these, gonna see how many I can fit into my mouth/trip
