Children's Week (Horde)

Need help with one of the Horde, children's week quests. Mainly, anyone know an easy way to Red Rocks, I tried finding it myself and ended up in the Charred Vale getting my ass handed to me by dragons, how I did this I don't know. Thanks for the help and as always FOR THE HORDE!

    Fly to Thunder Bluff.
    Exit down the east elevator.
    Continue east then follow the cliffsides south.
    Red Rocks is the mass grave site overrun by quilboar.
