TF2 guns: Functional or Beautiful?

So, with all the new cool looking guns with the updates, i was wondering, do you prefer to have a Strange and/or Killstreak weapon or a cool looking / awesome one? (including Vintage, Genuine, Unusual, Festive, Botkiller, and of course the unique from the Gun Mettle and all upcoming campaigns)

    I like customization and the like very much, but I also like to crunch data. So I really vote both.
