can't do cntrl f11 on window vista, please help...:)

  When you installed vista, you broke the recovery partition in all possibility.

  You broke the recovery partition, for absolute sure. You'll need to buy recovery CDs from Dell.

  If you want a real windows cd rather then dell ones, Fill this out and microsoft will send you new ones, I think they charge $30 tho.
