I'm still hoping it's a Shadowrun title. Shadowrun Returns is all old-school 2050 stuff IIRC. This could tie-in with the 2072 setting from 4th Edition.
Fingers crossed chummers. This one may be worth the creds.

If it's any good, that is.
Regardless, any decent cyberpunk RPG would really hit the spot for me.
Edit: Weird, my name change took effect. Guess I was cookie'd or something.

Based on Mike Pondsmith's CyberPunk 2020 pen-and-paper RPG game.
I'm in.
Edit: OK, I'm Naim again. :| What.
Edit2: Oh, I think it depends on if I visit the article from the main page vs from the discussion system itself. So, http://icrontic.com/article/cd-projekt-red-teases-new-rpg-title vs. http://icrontic.com/discussion/95809/cd-projekt-red-teases-new-rpg-title . Weird.
Edit3: Yeah, that's definitely it. After I edit a post using the /discussion/.. URL the edited post shows "liquience" but when I refresh it goes back to "Naim". Weird ass bug.
Sorry for the OT nonsense!
