New Badges for 2016

Hey Icrontic!

Some of the badges could use a refresh. I'd like to hear your suggestions about possible badges to add to our roster.

I'm thinking of, for example, games you've played with other Icrontians that are still viable and earnable (for example, don't suggest Evolve if nobody is playing it anymore). I know for sure we'll need a Rocket League badge.

I'd love to get a little help on the art, though. If you want to suggest a badge I'll love you. If you give me a 500x500 cut-out (transparent background) or vector image to go over our badge background art, I will LOVE YOU LONG TIME.

In order to qualify as a viable badge, it needs to be:

  • Achievable by anyone
  • Something that builds or celebrates community
  • Represents a hobby or shared interest

    Would like to suggest a badge for WarThunder (Provided the old fliers get reinvolved) and Mechwarrior Online (Fite Me in Mechs)

    Also a badge for being a Maple Syrup connoisseur, go Ontario or go home.

    Would encourage users to post while traveling. Heh, might encourage some people to travel.

    How about foodie badges?
    "Has debated In-N-Out and Five Guys extensively with other Icrontians"
    or
    A "Five Guys" badge and an "In-N-Out" thread. You can have one or the other.

    "Night Diner" - Go to a diner at 2am with other Icrontians

    Favorite vegetable.

    Sports badges.
    Possible to add all the NFL/NHL/MLB/etc. teams and allow everyone to have one from each sports?

    Numeric Icrontic levels based on total points.

    I have also been thinking about subject badges. History buff, engineering, mathematics ect? Are those ideas perhaps a bit narrow?

    Also babe/dude thread badge.

    Real Talk badge? Maybe not a hug badge, given that sometimes those are given out for super sad things.

    The boardgaming badge could use an update to the new style.
