Okay so-- logistical question-- where will cheesecake be stored? Cookies don't need to be refrigerated.
From a logistics/event planning standpoint, cookies all the way. Pie/cake/cheesecakes way too messy/require plates+utensils. Lots of crumbs.. Nope. Cookies only.
