The we-make-almost-as-many-things-as-Honda company Toshiba has recently unveiled details of its mammoth-like-whoa big 512GB SSD. The new whopper uses Toshiba’s next-generation 43nm fabrication technology to achieve previously unreached bit density. While the drives do indeed use MLC cells, the performance clocks in at an impressive 240/200MBps read/write.
