Use Windows 10 media creation tool. Select flash drive. When complete, launch it from within Windows. It will upgrade your OS.

I am obviously very biased but it sounds fantastic. I wish I could properly explain how many months of development by true audio experts went into getting the sound profile just right but I don't have the terminology.
