Details:

• Opens May 12, 2017.
• Travels along Woodward Ave (M-1) from the river to New Center (3.3 miles @ 35mph; stops for traffic lights; mostly curbside).
• $1.50 walk-up fare (pass prices unannounced).
• Nearest stop is < 20 minute walk from ICHQ.

Schedule:

• Mon-Thu 6am-11pm
• Fri 6am-midnight
• Sat 8am-midnight
• Sun 8am-8pm

Route:

This is the walking route from the house to the Canfield Station. The yellow Route 1 is the path the streetcar follows. Note that the Masonic Temple is where the Marche du Nain Rouge ends every year.

Some highlights that become walkable with the streetcar:

• New Center (Fisher Building, Shinola offices)
• Northern Midtown (DIA, Wasabi Sushi, Amtrak station)
• Greektown (Jacoby's, Red Smoke, Plaka, Five Guys)
