For reference, here is also the build that Sono recommended on Discord: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/F2C8cq
yea I fixed Sono's build because that motherboard is currently way overpriced and very limited stock. I replaced it with a comparable motherboard in stock
also Sono had a 500w power supply for $240, again overpriced. I bumped you to a 750w for less
So I gave you a better CPU with more cores, since you like to use a PC for 15 years lol
Mine has the USB-C case for your USB addiction and put more m.2 drives on the list. One for the OS and the 2TB for your most used programs/games

How did it turn out?And tell me more about this banana wine!
The sake is still aging but I just checked on it and it had pretty good density separation. Technically it's a Nigori sake due to the fine rice particles in it. When it got racked to its bottle (all that work for ~300ml) it had a sweet milky taste with a hint of rice. The best way to describe it would be if Kahlua and rice pudding had a baby. Good chance I'll crack it open this weekend and snap some pics
...The banana wine has been bulk aging since December 22nd, 2019. As it's now June I think it's finally ready to be bottled. Originally it tasted like over ripe bananas but that changed to boozy banana bread when it went into secondary. It went from an starting gravity (SG) of 1.096 all the way down to a final fermenting gravity of 1.002. It was stabilized with KSorb and then back sweetened with 1.5 cups of sugar and 0.5 cups of honey bringing up the gravity to 1.029 which would make it a fairly decent desert wine

I'm a fan of your fan choices. The look fast not moving.
They looked nice but hummed at low speed, I already swapped them out. New ones look similar and are silent.

Another One
Well, we made the move to Colorado in the middle of a pandemic. Finding a house was a pain in the ass and luckily for my sanity we did as if I was unemployed with nobody hiring, unable to go anywhere, and had nothing productive to do I'd probably lose my mind.
This house wasn't in too bad of shape, built in the 80's, and other than the fact that it settled about four inches on one side so everything is out of square/level, it needs very little layout changes. I did have to rip out and flatten some subfloor where we removed walls to open up the kitchen.
Started the first week of may by completely stripping the inside. It was all dated and hadn't been kept up since the home was built. Filled almost two 30 yard dumpsters.
So far I've gotten 90% of the upstairs done. All the bedrooms have had the popcorn ceilings scraped, everything retextured, new doors, trim, and paint. Stole a bit of a bedroom closet to turn the hallway linen closet into a second floor laundry. Carpet was installed last week and I just finished the the wood floor in the hallway and on the stairs.
We have a metalworker building us a rail, that'll be installed later next week. I'll be starting on putting the kitchen back together this weekend.

Re: Has anyone made sake before?
I cracked open the sake. Its strong and has a bit of fusels on the uptake but that quickly goes away and it leads into a smooth, creamy, sweet taste.
Here's a pic of it in the glass
