Of all the things that would get me to Epic this is probably the top..... but I gots conflicts.

As mentioned in the 2015 EPIC Schedule I am making Pho for the group. But I need a head count so I can prepare ahead of time on getting ingredients, bowls, chopsticks and whatnot.

Total prep and cook time will be around 6+ hours. As much as I would love to make this a free meal for everyone, I simply cannot. It is quite expensive to make Pho for a large group. So, I am charging $10/person. Does that mean you only get one bowl? No, it does not. I like to make enough for people to have multiple servings.
