Re: IC Minecraft is BACK!
Most farms are for public use. Try to leave them in as good or better condition that you found them.
No particular town or the like. Find some land you like and build if you want. Otherwise, just try to respect others builds.

Re: Overclocking a Morphy Richards.
CB,
I usually have three tees on my desk to choose from.
A green (often Longjing Dragon Well)
A red
and A nice black, either gunpowder or Pu ehr
So I need a kettle because I need different water temps.
It is called obsession.
Re: Midsommar Discussion (Spoilers, yes)

Re: Icrontic v15: Ivan's Triumph
The new mobile layout is very pleasing. I'm uncertain about the narrow desktop width. But I do quite like the pallette and the symmetry of the layout. Great job!

Mass Effect
Talk about a snoozefest. I was so bored for the majority of my playthrough. This is another game I'm not really going to be fair to because I don't have the patience for it.
If there's one memorable part of the game, it's the dialogue. The intimidation perk was a lot of fun. Completely overreacting to a situation by doing something like pulling a gun on someone or just decking them was great. The combat seemed like typical cover-shooter fare. Shoot, hide, use a combat ability, repeat. It's repetitive, but it worked, so I can't complain too much. I love the idea of being able to explore planet's surfaces, but when there are only three or four points of interest, it becomes kind of a chore.
The only companion character I cared about was Wrex. His backstory, and the whole plight of the Krogans thing was interesting. Tali was alright, although I just brought her along to hack stuff. I never used Garrus. I kind of wanted to know what blue girl's deal was only because there's so much...art of her, but I don't think I used her once. I didn't care too much about Human 1 and Human 2.
After getting through the intro sections, I started to see a lot of Star Control influence in this game. The system map was what really tipped me off. The few glitches I encountered were entertaining.
I've heard that choices made have an effect in the second game, but I'm not interested enough to actually play the second game.
Putting personal dislike aside, I give Mass Effect a 7/10. It's a fairly-solid game if you've got the patience and like sci-fi space stuff.

Digi's Little Beer Cellar
I have a handful of beers that I have had for years. They have all been stored in either the back of the fridge or the back of a liqueur cabinet. No direct sunlight. Very few of them were designed to be aged, just some experiments that I was doing.
Thing is, I stopped drinking beer a fewyears ago. Don't get me wrong, I'll have a beer at an event if that is what is available and I can't pass up an offer of trying rare beers that friends have opened, but I don't have the thought anymore to drink a beer when I'm just chillin at home. I've gotten headaches/migraines too many times after having one or two beers.
A couple of them I believe I will take with me to Texas. Maudite from 2008 and Sam Adams New World I believe will be worthy for life celebrations in the future.
The rest would basically go in the trash if I don't pop 'em. So I'm gunna pop 'em. Will report when I do.
2014 Sam Adams Octoberfest - My favorite beer. "I wonder what it will taste like in a few years?" - 2014 Me
2x 2015 Sam Adams Octoberfest
2013/16 Sam Adams Octoberfest - Not marked, Could be 2013-16. Likely not 2015 as I have 2 of those and did not save more than 2 any given year.
<2016 Lucky Buddah Enlightened Beer - Purchased for the bottle, no high hopes here
2011 Stone Cherry Chocolate Stout - I don't know how this got in my fridge but it has the original Stone cap and I can't wait for it to get in my mouth.
2012 Labyrinth Black Ale - Purchased from BevMo during a time I would go to their Friday Beer Tastings almost every week. I was told it this a delicious black licorice flavor.
A buddy of mine (PF) gave me a few beers over the years. I am reaching out to him for more info and/or him trying them with me.
2013 PF Chocolate Milk Vanilla Stout - The only one from the cabinet.
? PF "A" cap - Stone Arrogant Bastard bottle
? PF "P" cap - Unlabeled Bottle
Cheers,

Icrontic v15: Ivan's Triumph
Based on Vanilla's new "Boilerplate" theming system, the 15th iteration of Icrontic moves us back to the leading edge of forum development and lets me start safely tinkering again. It also removed the last impediment to ditching the mobile Lithe theme (hello, Responsive Design!) and the new Rich Text Editor, designed from the ground up at Vanilla over the last 2 years.
If you weren't using the ol' dark mode before, well you surely are now. I threw the "dark mode" dial to 11 and went with a style I'm calling "electric retro-web comic book" to celebrate Icrontic's nearly 20 years on the wibbles and make us stand out as something special and different on an increasingly homogeneously-designed Internet. Still the classic color scheme I've been refining for over a decade, but put to new, more dramatic, use.
Lots of rough edges remain. You'll notice the flyout menus and text editor are still dark-on-light; that will take some extra figuring out. Some buttons and tags still have weird outlines I don't love. But we're 90% of the way there and I dunno when I'll get another full day to iterate, so here we are.
