EDIT: noticed that if i turn the brightness way down on my laptop display, the fan kicks down a gear after about 2 minutes. repeated this 3 times to confirm. seems to indicate that the cpu is not overheating when the brightness is down(dont know that it was getting too hot in the first place)
I lost power in the micro apocalypse and kept my PCs off until this morning. I'm back at 100% now though. I have one more Box with a stock Q6600 in it. May get that folding as well.
1 million points already. Didn't think it would go that fast.

Today F@H killed my GTX 780 Ti. Was using the computer this morning, went to the vet and when I came back the computer was unresponsive. Cleared CMOS and reseated the card to no avail. Put in my old Radeon 6870 and it booted up. I guess I won't be playing any modern games for a while.
One of my 5770s got flaky after running it full tilt for weeks mining Dogecoin (such currency, much sacrifice). IIRC, it is no longer possible to lower the % utilization for GPU clients, but if it was, I'd probably crank it down a notch to be safer. I suppose I could underclock/volt for sustained use, but then it would be a pain to switch back regularly for gaming.
0 points at the 3pm check-in, I have a sinking feeling my PC succumbed to some pressure, too. Guess I'll see when I get home. Curse of max-stressing touchy high-end hardware, I guess.
i saw overclocking in the url and my first reaction was "ah hell no!" but thats pretty cool. will it update automatically?
My laptop gpu is pumping out an estimated 22000 per week

Or a "SHOTS FIRED".
I see a new contender appears Welcome back @Jokke
And I'm folding on a laptop 150 miles from shore!
If you need inspiration, there's a F@H site song around here somewhere Maybe. OK it was for s-m. And I haven't seen or heard it for years.
Get inspired everybody! ♫
in... a drop in a bucket is still a drop right?

Things are heating up. @Ivan show me your game face.
I'm still having system stability issues. Last two mornings I come to find my PC is on but hard-frozen and the displays are crashed.
It's official. Our rally has reversed the downward trend line. We're moving up now!

Checked Gigabyte's site and video cards have a 3 year warranty. All is not lost. Praise jeebus!

Sometimes the points don't show up until later. I got credit for my GPU WU yesterday two checkins (6 hours) after it was turned in.
