Something's got a hold on MS edge

It has definitely been a while, but

Something is making my MS edge look really funky. I checked out AVG, and no virii g
I deleted all the history etc, and it's still an issue. There used to be a prompt that mentioned I had a virus, but I must have gotten rid of it by accident when I deleted a bunch of stuff with hijack this.

Also, chrome displays websites perfectly fine.

At anyrate, what could this be?

    i had to reinstall nvidia drivers and it was good to go.

    I was going to say.. looks like a vid card or driver issue. Some artifacting.
