you should be able to get away with just one on the CPU heatsink. It wont generate too much heat, and smoothwall wont be pushing the CPU that much. I have an AMD K62 550Mhz server running full load completely stable and it only has the HSF running.

the one on the CPU (PROBABLY- it depends on the case. You may even be able to get away without this), whatever is in the power supply. If the CPU is passively cooled, 1 80mm fan to blow air across it somehow would be fine.
I decided to use it as a file server instead what kind of cooling should I use now? I have 2 250GB WD drives and am afraid of them getting hot. Do you guys think 1 92mm or 120mm in the back and a antec hard drive cooler for each would be okay or should I do more?
Does this case support those size fans? Or are you going to have to do some modding? As far as fans I would stick a 92mm in the back, does the PSU have two fans or one? I don't know how well the antec hdd coolers perform.

There are better ways to cool the drives than those antec heatsinks, IMO. is there any way to mount the hard drives in front of an intake fan?
