Monitor, Keyboard & Mouse

I am not sure if I am in the right place or not but I need a little help, I have a strange question if I may, Is it possible to use 1 Monitor, 1Keyboard & 1Mouse with 2 different towers running 2 different operating systems, If this is possible how?. Thank you for your help. (What would I need to do this)

    You will need a KVM switch. They allow you to run two computers on one KB, mouse and monitor.
    Any good computer supply place would stock them.

    Yep, using a KVM switch. You plug your keyboard, mouse, and monitor into a switch box, then plug cables into the computers. It's all done without software so it's OS independent. If you're using a USB keyboard or mouse, make sure the switch will support USB.
