Do the IDE/SATA adapters also work the other way? Putting a SATA HD on a PATA controller?

    The connectors on the ide/sata adapters are bass ackwards for doing that, tho. They've got female IDE connectors and male SATA connectors. You would need the exact opposite of that. I've never seen an adapter that converts a SATA hard drive to IDE.
