Has anyone seen this?

I know this link is from Oct. of '03 but it still left me drooling. Anyone know about it? I see massive folding power with it.

    Still Vapourware unfortunately. They've got patents and done a few prototype demos but real world AFAIK. It's an old idea but if they can get the power / performance ratio they're talking about (which seems reasonable if the processor is highly specialized) then their investors will be very very rich people :P.

    Admittedly, I skimmed through the article, but it seems like :bs: to me. Did I miss something? :confused:

    It did seem kinda BS to me too but it got the wheels churning between my ears, which is a difficult thing to do most of the time. I guess it adds to the BS factor that we haven't heard anything else in the news about this since October given the fact that this is such a great idea. I may have to check into getting a 4 or 8 way (mother)board for the farm just for grins.
