What do you say to a guy who seems to add a new computer to his farm on a weekly basis?

How about WOW!

I think now that KingFish has shown us his abilities, he should fold under "a2jfreak" for a while. :) Somewhere between 400 and 500 WUs would be fine. ;D

I'll fold under "witenoiz" for a month if you fold under "a2jfreak" for a month . . . both full efforts, of course. :)

:zombie: I would say that's a GOTCHA!! Dang your fast on your feet. Didn't expect that. :eek2: Will I think about it? Me thinks it is time to remain sneeky and quiet again. :-/ Of course KingFish still might do it! Edit your post so he doesn't see that. Jack

Any idea how well it would fold? Seems to me Prime and Thrax were disappointed at the F@H results when Prime tested an Operton system he purchased for a client. Of course, that was months ago so the new F@H cores could be much more efficient on the AMD64 platform.

What kind of mobo you plan on putting that on? You have the rest of the components yet?

Personally, I'd wait for S939. I think S754 is going to be like S423 for the P4 was.

Anyhow, Kingfish... you gotta slow down, man. Keep folding this fast and someone (namely me) is gonna get hurt. EOC says I have 29 days before you <strike>trample</strike> pass SVHFH. I'll wear my hard hat. :nudge:;D;D

KingFish could feed 14 villages in Africa with the money spent on folding. ;D C'mon, KingFish, go help some African villages for a while and give us all a false hope of staying in front of you. ;D

It is just a wish - If this friend of mine would ever get over here and pick up his Dell from H_ :mean: (don't Jack) I may get him to take 2 of my slower boxes for his kids and then I will just replace them with a couple of blades using Barton 2500's and either ASUS or MSI boards. My wife is about to retire and I said I want to find a place in the house for a puter for her :confused2 - she said she will use mine :rarr: My problem is I finally have this room stable for the summer heat - the section of the basement I use is full. And I just want it for folding and the 64 bit is too much money...........Did I say that.........?? :cool2::aol: Jack

A2J, I was thinking of the airline miles I rack up with the purchases, and, oh, I get to fold too.

Wite, with that one proc's price on the wishlist, I can purchase a whole node and a half with a 2400+ on it. I'll prolly join the A64 club sometime this summer. You can break down and get the wife a box or slap one together for her. That's what I did and it keeps her fingers off mine.

I've been contacting other folding groups and other websites about shirts and have received a positive response overall. With more income from shirts, you know what that means.

I know I have been joking back and forth with the Freak from Houston - and this is your thread in honor of the great folding you have been doing :halfcog: :halfcog: But I know it won't be long before YOU are on my tail and I need all I can get to keep my threat list clean. :respect: Catch me if you can! Good Luck KingFish If someone with one computer folding 1 work unit a week reads this, Please understand, YOU have my deepest respect. You are doing what you can - and that is more than most. Jack

Maybe I need to go stand on a street corner on the weekends holding up a sign that reads: Help cure disease. Give me money.

Then take all the money and purchase rigs from NewEgg. :)

"Will pimp my body for WU"
I can make that for you A2J. I made your threatlist wite? Must have been all them 160 pointers finally getting turned in. I doubt I'll be on it long until I get the next node up and running. I estimate that we'll be neck and neck with production unless either of us adds some rigs. Those computers they are putting out in the lobbies of McDonald's are getting more and more tempting. 1144 days is plenty of time to formulate a battle plan wite. I still have a few more tricks up my sleeve and a few more people that have contacted me to fix their broken stuff. Fix I will :) Hehe

It's temporary, sort of. I looked and checked-just had a boatload of 160's turned in. That's why my production was a little down the past few days. Fedex says goodie package will be in monday. By wednesday we'll have a better picture of how things will really be. I suspect that our production will be nearly equal. I have a friend that says he has two thousand bucks he wants to blow on the baddest a64 system that I can scrounge up. bwahahaha, you can be it'll be folding too. I'm still working on our system admin for permission to install folding on our fifty or so 'puters at the "office". I gained admin access to them about two weeks ago and could do it now but I want to stay in his good graces. I haven't hit him full force yet and have asked only in passing. I haven't come up with the right presentation I feel comfortable that would nail the deal down for sure. If I do, I'll be slaughtering some stats for sure even without the farm. I guess I just gave up my secret/ace up the sleeve. Oh well.
