Hi all,
I don't know if this will help anyone or not, but I'd thought I'd show how I killed that omegasearch thing.

my log, after using adaware, shredder, and spybot, was this:

-Now I followed all the steps that were in the updated removal guide, but still had that toolbar showing up. It's because I had to delete these two guys:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {A6C42A16-C360-12D8-6903-467A560CF931} - C:\PROGRAM FILES\DATA SHOW\SECOND FLAP.DLL

and

O3 - Toolbar: rulecopytitle - {A228E8FE-77F2-E57B-BBAC-6F9062F9FBD0} - C:\PROGRAM FILES\DATA SHOW\SECOND FLAP.DLL

I didn't get them at first because they were different from the standed pattern, which was "04-HKLM\..\Run: + [randome title] + "PROGRA~1" + file name.exe"; main differences being that "PROGRAM FILES" was written normally and the beginning wasn't "04-HKLM". I also had to delete the "DATA SHOW" folder that these files came from. After that it was gone. I spent 3 hours running all my spyware killers, rebooting, going into safemode, unplugging my modem, etc...

So yeah, I don't know if that will help anyone else, but I'd just thought I better post it regardless. That thing was a huge pain.

Remove these to save some resources:
    O4 - Startup: Adobe Gamma Loader.lnk = C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Calibration\Adobe Gamma Loader.exe
    O4 - Startup: Adobe Gamma Loader.exe.lnk = C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Calibration\Adobe Gamma Loader.exe

Yep those things will kill your RAM. It will also unclutter some of your system tray as well.
