Start up in Safe Mode, run Hijack This again.

Try selcting the following and having HJT fix them:

C:\PROGRA~1\CASTME~1\nurb atom cash.exe

Manually go into your Program Files Directory and find a folder names Castme* (anything that starts with "castme" that could be the item reported as "castme~1" . Look to see if it contains this nurb atom cash.exe You may have to Show Hidden Files and Folders. If you find this item, delete it manually, or at least re-name it for now from a *.exe to a *.xxx

Reboot normally, and see what happens. If you are clean, let us know. If you are still having a problem post another HJT log.
