Have we seen the 'real' GeForce 6800 Ultra yet?

Speculation seems to be growing about whether or not we have in fact seen Nvidia's 6800 Ultra in its true form.
I think it's fair to say that a fair number of people were suprised when the GeForce 6800 Ultra boards sent out to reviewers were clocked with a 400MHz core, when everything we'd heard and seen before had led us to believe that the final core speed would be 475MHz.

What competition? At the moment, it doesn't have any... ATi's R420 is its only competition, and the R420 isn't out yet.

Yeah, and how many power supplies it will need. People may have to start renting pylons.... "Hi, yeah, I need a direct power feed to this area" : "Ok, what is it for, road maintenance hardware, drilling equiptment?" : "Er, kind of.... you see I have this really good graphics card for my PC...".

You'd have to get two: one for your 6800 and one for your Presshot.
