Giving up, and need suggestions...

I've given up on having a secondary desktop rig. It was never running, never folding, and now the motherboard is fried, so I'm just going to sell off the parts that work.

Now I need suggestions on a good notebook. I'm looking at the Dell 9100, but I'm not too pleased with the P4 that's in it... I can't find a decent notebook with a gaming-class video card that has either an AMD processor or a Pentium-M... I'm also looking in the $1600 or so price range. Suggestions?

Interesting... I'm not sure on that one though, since it's an eMachine.

Ideally I'd like to get A64 and Mobility Radeon 9700 together. I'm also wondering, if anyone knows, whether it's worthwhile to upgrade to 128MB of Video RAM on the Mobility radeon 9600/9700 series?

//EDIT: this is in response to VoM's post with the eMachines link...

Look at the 15" models; there's one that has a Pentium M with a Radeon 9700m 128mb there that starts at $1400
