Short-Media Mailers are Late

Seems like the notification of new posts to subscribed threads does not generate notices as fast as it used too. I'm almost depending on the "New Posts" tab now to inform me of updates to subscribed threads - it's much faster than the mailers.

    Think it's a carryover of the overall sluggishness of the site lately? It seems that everything is slow except the system clock. I'm not griping just observing.

    You might be right. Now that I think of it, notifications arrive more promptly when page loading starts to improve.

    Average is 4-5 hours after post here..... I know, its being worked on.... So meanwhile I use the tab too....
