Mich. Art Exhibit Displays Internet Stalking Messages

edited April 2004 in Science & Tech
One after another, black-and-white images flash across the screen, covered in text messages written in red. The messages are not fictional. They represent a reality that area artist Harry Williams and his teenage daughter Kendra lived with for 18 months.
From late 2000 to April 2002, not long after moving to Okemos so Harry Williams could pursue a master's degree in painting at Michigan State University, they were subjected to almost daily harassment via e-mail. In response to the e-mails, Williams created a series of 21 images, called "The Internet Stalker Project," which opens Friday at Spiderhouse Market in Lansing.
What in the world is going on in Michigan nowadays? If the police need help on this I believe we have some prime suspects that live in the neighborhood. -KingFish
