Ok, Prime, where is the ua_LSP killer link in this forum??? I think the thing was labelled LSP_KILL but since it was not an openly readable link I never grabbed it for pasting into things.... Let's start there....

Download LSP-Fix before you fix anything with HiJackThis.

Boot into safe mode, re-run HJT, then delete the following:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime Can be removed to save resources.
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KernelFaultCheck] %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k Can be removed to save resources.
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MyWebSearch Email Plugin] C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\mwsoemon.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinampAgent] C:\Winamp\winampa.exe Can be removed to save resources.
    O4 - Startup: Virtual Bouncer.lnk = C:\Program Files\VBouncer\VirtualBouncer.exe

You've got a lot of toolbars an ActiveX controls on your system. Even if they're legit, too many will slow your system down. I suggest out of Yahoo, MSN, and Google, you stick with just one.

Reboot your system, then run LSP-Fix. Run HJT one more time to make sure nothing was missed.

Wait, does it have to be in safe mode?

Yes, it's easier to delete the executables and/or DLLs.
