Reboot into safe mode, rerun HiJackThis, and delete the following items:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IgfxTray] C:\WINDOWS\System32\igfxtray.exe Intel graphics taskbar icon. If you don't change resolutions that often, you can remove this to save resources. You can change resolutions through the control panel instead.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [DwlClient] C:\Program Files\Common Files\Dell\EUSW\Support.exe You can probably get away with removing this Dell app.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sr1exe] "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Dell\Alert\252\updtSup3.exe" Another Dell app you could do without.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Microsoft Works Update Detection] C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Works Shared\WkUFind.exe Works updater, but it's an MS app, so I'd remove it to save resources.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [DIGStream] C:\Program Files\DIGStream\digstream.exe Part of ESPNMotion. Remove it to save resources.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot Useless Real Player program. Kill it.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Mediashim] C:\PROGRA~1\NAMECH~1\Bagslist.exe Omegasearch

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_04\bin\jusched.exe Sun Java updater. Can be removed to save resources.

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MSMSGS] "C:\Program Files\Messenger\msmsgs.exe" /background
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [msnmsgr] "C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr.exe" /background If you don't use MSN Messenger, kill these two.

O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA9.EXE More MS junk. This can also be safely removed.

O8 - Extra context menu item: Power Search - res://C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\MSIETS\msielink.dll//iemenu Part of HuntBar spyware app.

O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Sun Java Console (HKLM) Safe to remove.

O9 - Extra button: Messenger (HKLM)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Messenger (HKLM) Safe to remove these two if you don't use MSN Messenger.

O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/2530ddb...ip/RdxIE601.cab Part of Real Player installer. Can be removed.

Reboot into normal mode after deleting the above items. If either the Omegasearch or HuntBar items remain, reboot back into safe mode and delete them manually.
