Am I missing anything? My gosh, I hate this Omegasearch. I wish all those guys will be unemployed and broke soon.

Thanks

...and oh yes, I can't get my Windows XP Professional to start up in safe mode. It just go through the normal reboot.

Why can't you boot into safe mode? Try pressing F8 a few times the exact moment the BIOS POST is finished.

get rid of (when you eventually get into safe mode):

    O2 - BHO: myBar BHO - {0494D0D1-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} - C:\Program Files\MyWay\myBar\1.bin\MYBAR.DLL

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {3947DDF9-2786-6FD9-5795-2CDD16785FF5} - C:\PROGRA~1\1Less\BarbFilm.dll

    O3 - Toolbar: My &Search Bar - {0494D0D9-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} - C:\Program Files\MyWay\myBar\1.bin\MYBAR.DLL

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Time Style] C:\PROGRA~1\TWOMAP~1\Move Grim.exe

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking] C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe /AUTOSTART

then delete the following folders manually:
    C:\PROGRAM files\1Less\
    C:\PROGRAM files\TWOMAP~1\Move Grim.exe (it's a folder that starts with TWOMAP)
