Yes, the MSN toolbar should be okay, and if you use Hotmail or Messenger you can launch those directly from the toolbar as well...if the auto-start with windows and the Start Menu launches just aren't enough for you
But it is a "safe" pop-up stopper....if you don't mind another toolbar crowding your browser space. I prefer a system tray pop-up stopper like Panicware's Pop Up Stopper.
