Hi, i did try to eliminate these items myself but i'm a bit of a doofus and the thing came back, here is my log.

    Reboot into safe mode, rerun HiJackThis, and delete the following:

    You've got several different spyware apps in your computer. You need to be more careful about the sites you visit, or who uses your computer. I recommend you install SpywareBlaster to protect against further spyware infections.

    Thank you very much i am now spyware free, i had 69 viruses as well, ho hum, i downloaded the file you recommended and aquired norton 2004.

    What virus protection software would you most recommend? I just picked norton because it's well know.

    Norton does a good job. But you will never need your AV program if you exercise some good surfing habits. Review this thread for safe surfing practices.
