Nuisance Omegasearch

Since being hijacked by "Omegasearch" yesterday I have run Adware and HijackThis and seemed to have got rid of Omegasearch. Almost!!
The thing that happens now is when I set my Homepage to Google it is ok until I restart my PC, when this address appears:
http://omegasearch.com/passthrough/index.html?http://www.google.co.uk/
Although this appears it doesn't actually connect to the website because it say's the page you are trying to display is unavailable.
Does anyone know how I can correct this last little bug?
I have now for the meantime setup a desktop shortcut to "google.co.uk" and this seems to get around the problem, although its not the right way to do it.
