Welcome to Short-Media, baron. We'll do all we can to get your machine cleaned up. Stick around the forums, pick up some tips, and give us some good ones of your own.

Reboot your machine into safe mode, rerun HiJackThis, and delete the following:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Int ernet Settings,ProxyServer = 10.10.10.2:6588
If this is related to proxy server used for work or for your internet connection, leave it alone, otherwise remove it.

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {600F7E14-1B0C-14E5-93DF-D7CC04034241} - C:\PROGRA~1\TIMEDA~1\peak anti.dll
    Omegasearch DLL

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {EBCDDA60-2A68-11D3-8A43-0060083CFB9C} - C:\WINNT\system32\nzdd.dll
Netscape NetZip download bar. Yes, it's from Netscape, but it's still spyware.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WpsRePsw] C:\WINNT\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\2\WpsRePsw.EXE
Don't delete this one yet, but if you could right-click and check the properties so we can determine what it is.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
QuickTime updater. Can be safely removed to save resources without affecting functionality.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
Real Player updater. Can be safely removed to save resources without affecting functionality.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [elsepure] C:\PROGRA~1\Two Loud Pile\multi cdrom less.exe
    Omegasearch executable

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ctfmon.exe] ctfmon.exe
cftmon.exe should be located in the system32 folder. If you find it located in any other folder, delete it, and delete this item.

    O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Gamma Loader.exe.lnk = C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Calibration\Adobe Gamma Loader.exe
Adobe program. Can be safely removed to save resources without affecting functionality.

    O4 - Global Startup: RealDownload Plus.lnk = D:\Program Files\RealDownload\RealDownload.exe
If you use RealDownload, keep this, otherwise you can remove it.

Hmm... nothing in there indicates the presence of Omegasearch. Go into Internet Explorer, Tools > Internet Options > Programs and click on "Reset Web Settings. Make sure that "Also reset my home page" is checked. See if that helps. Additionally, install SpywareBlaster.
